Our Company

History, Vision and Philosophy

Galindo Publicidad Inc., was founded in Pennsylvania in 1993 by Martha E. Galindo, focusing mainly on Spanish translation, transcreation and localization services. Our first clients were based in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, some of whom we are still working closely with today. In less than a year, we moved into a new, more spacious office, better equipped for the nature of our work.

In 1994 we accepted the challenge to develop the South American market for the Journal of Commerce and commuted between Argentina and the United States. The list of satisfied clients continued to grow.

In 1996, given the growing market demand for customized language solutions and the awareness that we had a solid foundation to work on, we decided to expand our language capabilities to include: Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Creole and more.

A determining factor in our evolution has been our constant emphasis on the importance of working with the most qualified native professional translators which has resulted in continuous improvements in research, specialized human resources and training.

In 1997, we established our headquarters in South Florida.

Today the company has clients in almost every state of the Union as well as the United Kingdom, Mexico and Canada. Our company philosophy is simple; it is based on the firm belief that a customer-focused approach with a personalized service and unsurpassed quality should be the main goal at all times.

Our multilingual services are tailored to the client’s needs and working style. So much that we sometimes feel as though we operate another business unit within the client organization, minus the cost that such concept would entail to any organization.

Quality per se, in a field that deals with subjective matters, is of no use if it does not meet the deadline; and deadlines met with little attention to quality do not accomplish the objectives either. For this reason, quality assurance at Galindo Publicidad Inc. is not merely a slogan or a question of scrutinizing the final product rather a carefully chosen monitoring process of every single stage of the recruitment and selection of staff in order deliver every stage of the production process accurately. We do not believe in rework for the sake of it, rather we do it right from the start to avoid bottlenecks, delays and additional cost at the end of the process.

    We have built up a comprehensive network of native professional translators who live and breathe in the target countries and communities. As a minimum, we all hold bachelor degrees, and many of us postgraduate degrees in a variety of fields in addition to our living and working experience in a variety of countries. The majority of our professionals hold U.S. based or other international certification of their translation abilities and skills.
