Dear Clients and Friends,
We thank you and greatly appreciate your continued support. We want to share and celebrate with you our confidence in GPI’s future. A special “thank you” to Nalco Chemical Chemical for distinguishing us with their Star Supplier Award and to the teams involved with servicing them - most notably the Spanish and Portuguese teams. Thanks to everyone who made it possible and for your continued commitment to quality. To better service our clients, we recently moved to a new office. Be sure to update your records. Our new location is equipped with new cable modem for our Internet needs. This truly speeds up our transmissions. Other improvements include new and powerful back up units to maintain, manage and store your valuable files. We grow as we go... Your needs and our flexibility provide you with new services. We now have voice over recording capabilities from our desktop! In addition, based on your inquiries, we can provide the service of submitting your multilingual web site to search engines around the world. Websites are a “Hot Topic” in this issue! Our feature article focuses on the importance of a Multilingual website ... answering questions about why and how to do it! This service supports our strategy that providing our clients with multilingual solutions will help your worldwide prospects become your customers. Keep in mind that the “hit counter” does not mean that all visitors understand what is written in English. Give them a choice of language and you give yourself a real opportunity to reach your overseas target audience. As a final note, we are currently fulfilling requests from companies budgeting for new projects in the year 2000. If you have not done so, be sure to include translations... you still have time !!!
