Dear Client and Friends

Happy New
Year to all of you! Thank you for an exciting year of substantial
growth at GPI – more than 70 percent! Our expectations for the
future are even greater as we continue to expand our partnerships
with clients, suppliers and colleagues. Major events occurred
in 1999 which positioned GPI to meet your needs. We relocated
to a larger facility, invested in state-of-the art equipment,
established new partnerships with suppliers, expanded our languages,
and achieved recognition for “excellence” from our customers and
colleagues. GPI received the “Excellence in Marketing Communication
Award,” from Nalco Chemical Company, and the “Outstanding Achievement
in Global Trade” from the World Trade Center-Fort Lauderdale.
More recently, I was nominated by NAWBO (National Association
of Women Business Owners) for the National Business Owner of the
Year award. This nomination is an honor which I humbly accept
and attribute to the hard work and dedication of my suppliers,
clients and friends who continue to fuel GPI’s growth. These events
would not be possible without you! We have many exciting things
in store for 2000 and beyond. Our philosophy is to continue to
“exceed” your expectations. Customer feedback allows GPI to provide
a “value added” service by providing exceptional service as well
as being intricately involved in your business. “GPI often goes
beyond the translation services to inform us of organizations
and events in Latin America that she thinks might be helpful to
our business,”
