We will also devise a seven point evaluation scale based on elements of fluency, correctness of expression, pronunciation, listening comprehension, etc. A report on each candidate would be provided to you for final evaluation purposes highlighting strengths and weaknesses as they might apply to each person. A summary score will be calculated and expressed as a decimal (e.g. 7.5)
